JaimeSurgical Technician
Jaime has always had a love for animals and and a passion for surgery. He has been in the veterinary industry for 20 years and has worked with board certified surgeons as a surgical assistant for 15 years. It was here we he broadened his technical knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques. Jaime enjoys staying current through continuing education by attending veterinary surgical conventions. He then joined Dr. Rick Garcia and Paws & Claws Mobile Vet in 2013 as a surgical assistant. Jaime has become a valuable team member. His passion for animals, work ethic, and competency as a surgical assistant is apparent each day and is a valuable addition to Paws & Claws Veterinary Hospital & Mobile Vet. He lives with his Labrador Retriever, Cassy. Outside of work he loves sports, hiking, jogging, and mostly anything to do with the outdoors.

JosePractice Manager/RVT
Jose attended Los Angeles Pierce College RVT program and obtained his license in 2007. He has a vast knowledge of the veterinary field and has recently joined the Paws and Claws Management team! José enjoys the fast pace of emergency medicine and has interest in surgery and anesthesia. José is pursing his specialty in anesthesia. He also enjoys gardening and traveling with his partner.

Mollie has been with Paws and Claws Veterinary Hospital since August 2016. She was in the human medical field for approximately 22 years prior, but her passion was always about animals. Her dog was a client of Dr. Garcia and she loved his practice so much that she decided to pursue her dream of working with animals. She also volunteers with various animal rescues including Animal Hope and Wellness foundation, Dogs without Borders and Dexter Foundation. She has 6 rescue dogs at home of her own. And, She is currently studying to be a vet tech at Penn Foster.
